RITVAL helps you discover and book lifestyle spots across Bali — barber, spa, salon, tattoo, gym and wellness. You browse on the map, pick a service and time, and pay on site.

How do I book?
Open Explore, tap an establishment, choose a service (and practitioner if available), pick an available time slot, and confirm. You'll get a confirmation — payment is made in person.
How do I cancel a booking?
Go to My Bookings → select the booking → Cancel. Cancellations are allowed up to 2 hours before the appointment.
How do I leave a review?
After a completed booking, open it from My Bookings and add a rating (1–5) and a comment. One review per booking.
Do I pay in the app?
No. RITVAL never takes online payment from customers — you pay the establishment directly on site.
How do I delete my account?
Email us at omererdenpro@gmail.com and we will delete your account and personal data.
I'm a business — how do I list my establishment?
Partners manage their establishment through the RITVAL web dashboard. Contact us to get started.
